MAGIC DC (Metro Area Gender Identity Connection of Washington DC) was a peer support group for Transsexual, Gender Queer and other Gender Identity Questioning people living in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Active for over 30 years, we discussed everything from philosophy and feelings to practical matters such as legal issues and medical problems and solutions.
The online monthly MAGIC meetings will continue. This is on the 1st Friday of every month at 8:00 pm, if you are new, and wish to attend you can send an email to susiepurrcat@gmail.com,
If you seek in-person support, we recommend the Transgender Education Association’s in-person meetings every Second Friday of each month at 7 PM. Second Friday meets at the Metropolitan Community Church of Northern Virginia at 10383 Democracy Ln, Fairfax, VA 22030. Details and directions can be found here www.tgea.org . All are welcome.
